Diamond Search Recruitment Ltd was established in 2017 by Noreen McKechnie. Noreen had already achieved proven success working within the recruitment industry since 1997. She established the business, having been left a widow, with financial challenges and with two young sons to support. Using all her recruitment knowledge and expertise, it was important to Noreen that the business worked to, and continues to work to, high professional standards, with a real focus on customer care and quality.
